FIGHT BACK Friday Lottery FAQ's
Where can I see the FIGHT BACK Friday Lottery full terms and conditions?
You can view our full terms and conditions here.
I’ve signed up to play the lottery, but what happens next?
You’ll receive in the post confirmation of your unique lottery numbers, along with confirmation of your first draw date. This may take up to 21 days. You may also receive a phone call from us to say thank you.
When are the draws held?
The draws are held every Friday, except when a Friday falls on a bank holiday. The draw will then be held on the next working day.
What is the Rollover Jackpot?
The Rollover Jackpot is a draw that you’ll automatically be entered into each Friday. The Rollover prize increases by £150 each week it isn’t won and if it reaches £10,000 one lucky player will be guaranteed to win that amount.
Why is the monthly payment £5 a month per entry?
One entry in the lottery draw each Friday costs £1. Most months consist of four weeks but some have five. Rather than changing your direct debit payment each month, instead we round the monthly direct debit up to £5. This ensures you never miss a draw as there will always be money available for a fifth Friday, and any money left over after the draws will be treated as a small donation.
How do I know if I’ve won?
Winners are notified by post, but should you wish to check the draw results, you check them here or call our lottery helpline on 01524 753247.
How to Claim Lottery Prize?
When we send you a letter confirming your win, we will automatically include your winner’s cheque so there is no need to claim your prize!
What happens to unclaimed lottery prizes?
Any cheques remaining uncashed for over 6 months will be cancelled and the unclaimed lottery prizes will be treated as a donation.
What are the lottery rules?

I’d like to make a complaint, how do I do this?
Please contact the Lottery Office helpline with details of your complaint. You can email the office at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone on 01524 753247 (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm). We will aim to reply as soon as possible, but normally within five working days.
